Event Begins In
01 — Overview
SciBlitz 2.0 is the flagship annual event of IEEE CUET Student Branch — a nationwide, student-powered tech day that brings together young researchers, engineers, and problem-solvers for two electrifying days of competition, collaboration, and discovery.
02 — Competitions
Four distinct tracks designed to challenge and celebrate every dimension of student innovation — from research communication to AI engineering.
Present your entire research thesis in just 3 minutes. A 2-round competition: submit your abstract & flowchart in Round 1, then the top 60 teams present live on-stage at CUET with a single static slide — no Q&A.
Build real AI-powered solutions to real-world problems. Stage 1: remote build & submit. Stage 2: top 20 teams present live at CUET. Five tracks — Health, Environment, Education, Open Innovation, National Defence.
Display your STEM project to judges and peers. Open to university students and Class 9–12 students in two separate categories.
Like a Spelling Bee — but scientific. Test your rapid-recall knowledge of science, technology, engineering, and math concepts across multiple competitive rounds.

A rigorous 2-stage journey from abstract submission to live presentation at CUET campus. Top 60 teams advance to the final.

11 — Questions
SciBlitz 2.0 is open nationwide. University students can enter all four segments. Class 9–12 students can participate in the Project Showcase and STEM BEE. STEM BEE is open to all age groups. The AI Challenge is open to all enrolled students at any university, college, or polytechnic institute in Bangladesh.
The initial Round 1 registration fee is ৳300. If your team qualifies for the Final Round (top 60 teams), an additional fee of ৳900 will be required for confirmation. You only pay the second fee if you advance — no upfront payment for the final round.
The 3MT Final Round is a live on-stage presentation at CUET on July 10 & 11, 2026. You have exactly 3 minutes to present your research using a single static slide. There is no Q&A session. All 60 qualified finalists must be physically present at the venue.
Yes! You can register for multiple segments. Each segment has its own registration fee and form. Make sure to submit separate registrations for each event you wish to join. Note that for the AI Challenge, a participant may only be a member of one team.
Teams must submit: (1) a live public URL for their deployed product, (2) a project report (PDF, max 8 pages), (3) a public GitHub repository with commit history during the competition window, (4) a 3–5 minute demo video on YouTube or Google Drive, and (5) a Model & Data Card. The final event will be held on-campus at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Chittagong, Bangladesh on July 10 & 11, 2026.
