SciBlitz 2.0 is the flagship annual event of IEEE CUET Student Branch — a nationwide, student-powered tech day that brings together young researchers, engineers, and problem-solvers for two electrifying days of competition, collaboration, and discovery.
02 — Competitions
Four distinct tracks designed to challenge and celebrate every dimension of student innovation — from research communication to AI engineering.
Present your entire research thesis in just 3 minutes. Three-round competition testing clarity, depth, and the art of scientific storytelling. A flagship event of SciBlitz 2.0.
Build real AI-powered solutions under pressure. A flagship segment where teams race against time to code, train, and deploy intelligent systems. Details coming soon.
Display your STEM project to judges and peers. Open to university students and Class 9–12 students in two separate categories.
Like a Spelling Bee — but scientific. Test your rapid-recall knowledge of science, technology, engineering, and math concepts across multiple competitive rounds.
03 — Flagship Event
A rigorous three-stage journey from abstract submission to live presentation at CUET campus.
Submit your research abstract along with a structured work flowchart. Deadline: June 7. Results: June 16.
Record and submit a 3-minute video presentation of your research. Deadline: June 24. Results: July 2.
Finalists present live before a panel of expert judges on campus. July 10 & 11.

SciBlitz 2.0 is open nationwide. University students can enter all four segments. Class 9–12 students can participate in the Project Showcase and STEM BEE. STEM BEE is open to all age groups.
Yes! You can register for multiple segments. Each segment has its own registration fee and form. Make sure to submit separate registrations for each event you wish to join.
The initial Round 1 registration fee is ৳300. If your team qualifies for Round 2, an additional fee of ৳900 BDT will be required. You only pay the second fee if you advance — no advance payment needed for Round 2.
The video must be exactly 3 minutes long. It should present your full research clearly, with a single static slide allowed as a visual aid. Specific technical requirements and submission guidelines will be shared with qualified teams after Round 1 results.
The final event will be held on-campus at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Chittagong, Bangladesh on July 10 & 11, 2025.
AI Hackathon details including timeline, problem statement format, and specific rules are currently being finalized. Follow our official channels for updates — an announcement will be made well before the registration deadline.
Payment instructions will be provided within the registration form. Accepted methods and transaction details will be specified per segment. Keep your transaction ID for confirmation.
