Competition Tracks

Choose the track that fits your work β€” or challenge yourself and participate in both. Each track has its own judging criteria, formats and prize categories.

Track 01

3 Minute Thesis (3MT)

Summarise your entire research project in a 3-minute, single-slide presentation. Convince the judges that your problem matters, your method is solid, and your results are impactful β€” without drowning the audience in equations.
  • Team of up to 6 members.
  • Phase 1: Abstract submission & online screening.
  • Phase 2: On-site 3 minute presentations with Q&A.
  • Judged on clarity, structure, visuals, innovation & delivery.

Track 02

Poster Presentation

Translate your research into a visually appealing scientific poster. Tell the story of your objectives, methodology, findings and applications using graphics, diagrams and compelling design.
  • Team of up to 3 members.
  • Phase 1: Draft poster submission for screening.
  • Phase 2: On-site poster display & evaluation.
  • Judged on content depth, design, originality & explanation.
