IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) is one of the world’s largest international professional organizations dedicated to promoting women engineers and scientists, inspiring them to excel in their fields, and fostering leadership and innovation.
Our mission is to inspire, support, and mentor women pursuing careers in engineering and technology. We aim to create a global network that encourages professional growth and contributes to the realization of gender parity in STEM fields through innovative programs and dedicated advocacy.
To be the leading voice and platform for women in technological fields, cultivating a positive and inclusive environment where women engineers are recognized for their contributions, empowered to lead, and equipped to solve the world's most critical challenges.
